  • How long do I have access to the content?

Angela Grant Buechner, BA, BScN, RN, IBCLC

Angela is a Registered Nurse, International Board Certified Lactation Consultant, Doula, owner & founder of Nutmeg Consulting in Toronto, Canada, and has now created her newest baby, the Virtual Academy!! Angela is an expert in her field, and provides honest, funny, and relatable information for today's parents! As a specialist in Breastfeeding she understands the importance of providing NON-JUDGMENTAL support to help you reach YOUR own personal breastfeeding goals. Angela has worked at major urban teaching hospital in the NICU since 2000 as a bedside nurse and Lactation Consultant. She started her private practice in 2010 doing in-home Lactation/Breastfeeding support visits and pregnancy/birth support as a doula. Since 2015, she has grown her team to include 18 amazing professionals who support new families all over the Toronto area. Angela is the mother of three exclusively breastfed children and she knows the benefits and rewards of breastfeeding, but also understands that there are often challenges to overcome. Angela has also worked as a Birth Doula since 1998, and has attended over 100 births. Angela has experienced 2 un-medicated vaginal births and a wonderful cesarean birth, and believes in support for all types of birth, feeding and parenting.
